Early December 2011, Deputy Mary Lowe submitted a number of questions to the Policy Council, under rule 6, regarding the four years of travel by the Chief Minister. These related to times and dates and the costs of that travel. from those results she has stated that it has become evident that the position of Chief Minister is not a full time job for the purpose of the pay review. On 23rd December she received, from the Chief Minister, a response which failed to answer the questions as required under rule 6.
It appears that she then resubmitted them as she required answers for the January 2012 debate on States pay.
The new replies were received 17th January 2012, while the Chief Minister was on honeymoon.
The questions and answers had been answered this time and are now a matter of public record held at the Greffe and can be seen here by following the links above & below.
